Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience - Strongly Not Recommended

This family dining experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I strongly advise against visiting. First of all, servers lack of professionalism in service! After ordering, the waitress mistakenly delivered two incorrect dishes, indicating clear operational disorganization. Moreover, the staff demonstrated a lack of basic knowledge about the menu (e.g., whether the cold skin noodles contained meat), leading to confusing interactions. This reflects poorly on employee training and overall management. Secondly, I have major concerns over the food quality and safety! The cold skin noodles(凉皮） had a mushy, sticky texture with no elasticity, and the accompanying vegetables (cucumber and cabbage stems) varied in size and emitted a fermented odor—clear signs of improper storage or spoilage. The oil-spiced cold noodles（油泼面） were overcooked, overly soft, and bland in flavor. Most alarmingly, two of us suffered severe adverse reactions after the meal. my mother experienced vomiting and suspected acute gastroenteritis, while I developed serious diarrhea. There are strong reasons to believe the ingredients were spoiled or cross-contaminated during storage or preparation. Next to that is the inadequate response from the red! Although the restaurant comped the cold skin noodles(凉皮）, they insisted the dish was “freshly made” without addressing the obvious food safety issues. No sincere apology or meaningful solution was offered, demonstrating a lack of accountability. Last but not least, i have huge concerns over the poor hygiene and management practices. Despite a low turnout during lunch hour, multiple dishes exhibited quality issues, suggesting potential reuse of ingredients or improper storage. It is unacceptable for a restaurant operating under relatively strict food safety regulations to neglect basic hygiene standards. The kitchen’s cleanliness and management require urgent attention.

My conclusion is that this restaurant fails to meet basic standards in service, food quality, and safety, and poses a risk to customers’ health. I strongly urge others to avoid dining here and recommend that relevant authorities investigate its hygiene conditions.

Handmade noodles in different thickness, very chewy and delicous, even the soupbase was good. But you do get quite thirsty afterwards, so there might be msg in it.

Wouldn’t recommend to try the chicken as option for your noodles. It was very dark marinated and it tasted nothing like chicken, very weird. The sliced beef was good, but you can skip the braised beef, very plain flavoured and so strong marinated that it didn’t tasted like beef anymore. You can do better in normal Chinese restaurant, where you can also order a lot of different dishes.

Wouldn’t recommend their soy drink, it was very tasteless and watery, and way too sweet. It doesn’t taste like freshly made, but also not like the soy milk that you usually can buy in toko, more like diluted soy milk with added sugar.

Hope they can do better in the future, especially the hygiene in the toilet. There is only one toilet and it is shared, so it was quite dirty. Not to mention there is even a filled garbage bag hidden under the toilet.

Besides these, the noodles were freshly made so it was very good. The buns were also very tasty, would recommend to try these out, but do keep in mind with above...

There is no reason to pick this restaurant as your choice , 0% 🙂there are many noodle shops around here, smart enough, do not go.

If I am the residents who live here, I will tell all people resist and against that restaurant. A place with discrimination, you ask for a bowl and this is the “bowl”. I have no idea about the meaning of “polite” , in my home town, it is not “bowl”, as if you use “plate” it is impolite meaning , and actually , I am sure owner and staff here they all know about it 🙂.

After ordering the noodle without asking us what kind of noodle, and the woman told me , there is no choice .
