Pad Thai Noordeinde — Restaurant in The Hague

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pad Thai and I have several profound complaints about the quality of my order. First of all, the food (Pad Thai vegetarian) has been cooked in an overwhelming amount of oil. The dish was greasy to an extent that it soaked up the package from the bottom (picture attached). As far as the taste concerned, the tofu, which should be a replacement of meet and should include at least some herbs, has been served in a deep-fried oil without a single taste and consistency of a rubber. The chicken from my other dish (Pad Thai chicken) was also tasteless, with a weird, gum texture. The abovementioned points made it repulsive to eat. Secondly, as a result of perhaps burnt oil, the food tasted burnt and caused health problems. My boyfriend who ate around ¼ of the Pad Thai vegetarian dish, the next day had sick stomach and digestive problems, even though he never experiences such problems. Lastly, we have ordered fried bananas which were not included in the order. Frankly, the fried bananas, which were offered for free, as an extra addition, were the only reason that I and my boyfriend choose to order at this restaurant, so we were very disappointed that it was not included, especially for this price. This particular store is a terrible experience. You travel there as website says it closes at 10pm. At 9:15pm they say no more orders as they stop taking business at 9:15 to allow cleaning up and getting home by 10pm. They couldn’t understand how unacceptable their service is. Never...
