Grillroom Huzur — Restaurant in Utrecht

I am living in Utrecht for almost a year now. I am always looking for places to have good food at reasonable price. I saw few negative comments and since I have been frequenting this place quite a bit, wanted to share a detailed review. Before discovering this place, I use to travel to Asya (Asmterdamsestraatweg) which I feel has the best Shoarma in Utrecht. Regardless of some negative comments, I can confirm this place simply has the best Turkish food in the centre of Utrecht and maybe one of the best in the city. They are not heavy on sauces unlike most cafes of this nature but they use quality ingredients which are well seasoned, so its a good meal and doesn’t leave you bloated. They might be slightly more expensive for the food they serve compared to similar cafes around the city, but that extra Euro or 2 is definitely noticeable in the taste and quality of the food. I was in this location 2 times, first time I ask a wrap with chicken and get one with other type of meat, and second time today 23.02.2024, order my food, pay and go and sit by a table, after 10 min I go and ask one of the employes how long it will take for a wrap because I'm on a work brake and I don't have so much time, and the guy who was suppose to make my wrap started to ask me what is my problem and he said "siktir+something in Turkish but I know it's a curse" and when I ask him why he talk like that with me he repeated "siktir ++" and kick me out from the fast food almost jumped from his post to fight me. I writing this so who's gooing to eat there be carefull with that...

Yes - this photo is taken from the trash can. Huzur used to be one of the best kebab places in Utrecht, now it's a health hazard. I ordered shoarma and received big chunks of cold chicken. No flavor whatsoever. I gave part of the dinner to my dog until I got worried for his well being. I don't know what happened to this place but it...
