Great place with a very clean, welcoming and modern atmosphere. Staff are also friendly and recommend dishes which is very kind and helpful. Serving sizes across the menu for different food options is really good and the food is value for money. While the price for food and atmosphere of the place are great, we found that many of the spicy/saucy dishes had a similar taste after a while - very peppery and chilli hot, which was a little bit hard to eat at times because it was a pretty strong overwhelming taste (however is great for diners who take a liking to that kind of flavour :)) but also great for diners who crave hot and spicy noodles especially in the cold Auckland climate. Menu contains lots of noodles and rice options which is awesome but is a bit limiting for people with dietary requirements such as vegetarians or non-beef/pork eaters as most of the menu is beef and pork dishes and there are very few chicken or vegetarian options, so may be a bit hard to get a range for those with non-beef/pork dietary requirements. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere, making it a good choice for a family dinner. However, I observed that the focus of the front-desk staff appeared to be more on handling delivery orders than attending to dine-in guests.

Upon arrival, I attempted to place an order multiple times, but the reception staff was consistently occupied with answering phone calls for deliveries, showing limited attention to those waiting in line. Additionally, I had to request cutlery several times before it was provided.

After we began our meal, we decided to order an additional dish, but it took a considerable amount of time to be served, as the staff seemed preoccupied with managing Doordash orders.

A snail would do a better job than the incompetent lady who served me. Ordered takeaway around lunch time, got in before it start to got busy. She didn’t ask for my name or give me a number/receipt after taking my order, so I assumed she’d just bring it to me when it was ready. 40 mins later I’m still waiting for my food, standing near the counter while she’s serving 10+ other customers who ordered after me. I had asked her how long it was going to take, 20 mins after ordering, she said not ready yet.
