Friendly, humble, professional & outstanding service! We were soo unorganised tonight from being late for our booking, 3 people shy of booking number, forgot the candles for our dads birthday cake AND I even forgot the birthday card for our joint monetary gift 🥵😱 To top it off, our table accidentally dropped a glass which shattered all over the floor 🤦🏾‍♀️😭. We were kind of like the customers from out of a nightmare, but not deliberately at all! It really was one of those days 🤷🏾‍♀️ So, what do Antonio (Manager) & his staff do?? Well, front of house not only had some spare candles for us to use, they generously supplied us with an envelope to put the money in, graciously did not mention the 3 no-shows & the waitress whom I approached about the broken glass was soo polite & efficient, she smiled, cleaned up the mess without complaint and she actually thanked me for bringing it to their attention immediately so it could be dealt with quickly & safely! We weren’t charged for the glass AND Dad even dined free for his birthday!! They saved the evening for us & we all had a most memorable & fun birthday celebration! We were soo impressed! We love the bar selection 🥂 Excellent variety of meats, sauces, oils, veges & sides etc. and leave room for dessert! Service, food & the family-friendly atmosphere in this place is gold standard & I wish I could give them more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Family fav this restaurant and we will always go back. Thanks Antonio...

This is the greatest, most beautiful, most delicious, greatest experience I have ever found in all my life, throughout the whole world. As my friend was in a wheel-chair when arriving, he must say, and I quote; “This is the greatest Wheelchair accessibility I have ever experienced. Ever since the accident of 17’, I haven’t found a restaurant as beautiful, extraordinary and next level as this establishment. This store should be granted access into the Hall Of Honor. It has an A++ rating from the inspectors, but from me? This is the greatest day of my life. This is the greatest achievement of man-kind. No wait time, valeting all day, and all the workers loved what they did, from the way they spoke, act, and all the way down to the food. I love, George Khan Manukau. It is beauty, it is wonder, it is life. The gold plated toilet is a nice touch.” The veggie options? Absolutely stunning. Anyone who wants to indulge or is vegetarian will love this. Even if you’re not vegetarian, you’ll enjoy! There was no diet restrictions really, except beer to minors. This is the greatest dietary restrictions ever conceived. Extremely nice work ethic, place looked beautiful, would come again. This stores kid-friendliness was absolutely shocking. There is nothing in this store that stands out for a child, and is 100% safe for every age to arrive. From a six year old to a fetus, the child will feel pristine, like a king in shining armour. If you haven't been before, go with someone who is familiar with the place. Lack lustre service so it's not quite clear as to what or where or how you do things. We did ask but it felt as if it was such a dumb question with the response we got.

So if you're going for the first time - Basically go straight up to the bar, get your table number assigned and then help yourself. Order your drinks from the bar.. The selection of foods were interesting as there were salads ranging from jelly at the salad bar to random noodles fried rice and corn chips at the sides bar and pancakes at the dessert bar.

Some people will use 2x bowls to prepare their foods or maybe even use one of the bigger plates from their previous meal. There is a board that has good suggestions of what sauces/oils to use. It is tidy but not that clean and with the COVID year we've had the seasonings were left uncovered where everyone can stand and talk over whilst they wait for their food.

ANYWAY... my thing is so many people like coming here. I can see how it is good value for money if you are a big eater and know how to put food together and what you like..

But i wpuld say go for the experience and then decide...
