Worst Maccas experience! Bad customer service - not even a smile - felt like I was imposing! Even the Manager had the same bad service. I chose not to complain openly because I didn't want to put off other patrons. I initially asked upon entry if I could pay cash. The (rude) staff member said in a manner of disbelief, "Read the instructions on the screen". Feeling a bit embarrassed I proceeded to ask, "Which screen". I was met with a more abrupt, "Where you have to order". I explained that had I known that, I wouldn't have asked. I hadn't even made it to the machine to order. The same staff member then muttered words under her breath. When I commented, "Pardon?". She responded with a deathly, "I wasn't talking to you". People I came with, albeit disgusted with her lack of service, encouraged me to ignore it. I went to the kiosk/machine to order and got to the table delivery option. There were no table numbers. I asked at the counter and the manager who had now come out, obviously knowing the exchange that had happened earlier told me that the table holders must all be used ... Hello? There were only 9 other people in the store; with only three tables being used. I had a quick look and told the manager there were no holders on any tables. The manager told me that they don't do table holders. I reminded the manager that she had mentioned earlier, that maybe they were all being used. And now she's saying something else. She just replied with, oh well, I guess there's nothing. I continued as the rest of our group had already placed orders. Maybe, I became public enemy number one in the staffs eyes. Cos my LARGE ($1.50) frozen coke was not even 3/4 full and my Oreo mcflurry was also much much smaller than my peers. I just went to the table feeling deflated and wanting to complain. But I didn't! However, one of our group saw these two items and took them back to the counter. She was told that was the standard size for a mcflurry. After being shown four others from our group which were much much bigger she said, I guess they were lucky - no compassion or even an offer to try to rectify. The frozen coke was filled up after a comment from the manager saying, it's cold tonight anyway! All I wanted was an answer to my initial question, good service and consistency with menu items. I got NONE of the above! I never complain because I'm patient and understanding. However, to be met with abruptness and handled like I don't matter - this is not on! I can't believe this is customer service! Not even a...
Read moreWe went in at about 10pm with few friends for Sundae. Lady standing near the counter (seem to be shift manager) kept staring at us which seemed weird. We ordered a super sundae. Picture shows half chocolate half strawberry. Options showed hot fudge topping, white chocolate topping and strawberry topping. We chose hot fudge topping and white chocolate topping assuming it was the topping only that we had to choose according to the picture on the self service kiosk as the ice cream was showing half chocolate and half strawberry. When we received our order there wasn't any strawberry flavor, the top of the ice cream was coated with chocolate topping and the white chocolate was no topping but instead consisted two large chunks found inside the ice cream. The chunks were unbreakable therefore really hard to eat. We showed the sundae to the lady manager who was so rude. She told us that's what we get and if we want to complain then we should put it up on the review. This was so unprofessional, it seemed all she cared for was making her hours and taking home the pay. No passion and interest towards customer service. She ordered fellow staff to check the machine. The staff checks the machine and tries to tell us that the misleading pic should be interpretated differently. When we questioned her, she started telling us that she isn't the machine and that she doesn't own the store. Makes us wonder who we should contact as they are our point of contact and not the store owners. From what she advised us, it seemed we can't complain even though we have issues regarding a product that we have paid for. The staffs were really rude. The staff who came to check the machine was just unbelievable. She passed bad remarks under her breath which we could hear. No sign of compassion and care. So unprofessional and selfish. Never going to this...
Read moreI was there at 16th feb 2021 ( during lockdown - rainy windy day ) around 2:35 pm drive thru , ordered dquater-pounder lrg combo and frozen coke , they gave me frozen coke and coke together in a tray , I picked that up slowly and put in my car cause I have a R-shoulder injury and I can’t pick it up quickly , while I was putting those drinks in my car then i heard a sound I looked back & nothing was on the window shelf and thought it’s their window ( maybe they close their window ) I was waiting for meal bag and a girl open that window and asked me u drop ur food , I was CONFUSED about what she is talking about and then their manager ( tall guy ) came and asked u drop ur food then my reaction was 🤷 what you are talking about ( he said what this means 🤷 ) , then he said that bag is down on the ground near your car”s tyre , then I realized what happened. I was not angry cause I believe that they don’t have that rarest thing known as COMMON SENSE , they need to know when it’s windy those meal bags are not ENGINEERED to stay stable on that small shelf where they put meal bags for pickup. I was unable to see that food on the ground cause u can’t open ur door when u park so close to drive thru window , they force me to pick that bag and give it back so, I drive my car little bit forward by doing so I crushed that poor burger and chips cause that was so close to my rear tyre and I gave it back to them tall guy gave me new meal bag and said DON”t DROP IT . I was hungry ,I ate it fill my stomach but failed to enjoy Macca ( food ) that day . I just want them to know that plz wait for customer to atleast look at you when you are putting food ( meal bags ) on your...
