Domino's Pizza Mount Eden — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

Today, I went to pick up an order from a customer. While I was there, someone who works at the restaurant asked me to get a bag to keep the food warm. I stepped out of the restaurant to get my bag and returned to collect the food. As I was packing the food into the bag, the staff member at the counter, in a very harsh and disrespectful tone, told me to verify the order. I replied, "Please wait, I will verify it after I finish placing the food into the bag."

However, this person rudely and aggressively pulled the food out of the bag and loudly shouted at me to leave the premises. Since my phone was on the counter, my hand accidentally touched the screen and the order got verified automatically.

Later, this same person responded to a Google review and then messaged me directly on Messenger without following any proper social media communication guidelines.

I want to clearly inform all my friends and contacts to never visit such restaurants, as they lack basic customer service, hospitality, and human decency. Moreover, it is concerning that they misused the information I left behind by contacting me directly, which I consider a form of harassment and intimidation.

Yeap, these Men and Women, Women and Men are cool, they deliver wonderful pizza's time after time. I recommend the thin snd crispy base and gourmet range. Recently I tried the hot chili sauce and this gave the pizza extra flavour and me more energy. Options to try are extra potato wedges for $2 as this gives the pizza some extra core and substance. Additional pineapple is flavoursome as are the prawns that are kia ora big size and the plant based beef tastes like real meat. You can mix and match your ingredients as I do and try the different sauces. The gourmet range includes Apricot chicken, periperi chicken, chicken and cambert, mega meat lovers and seafood garlic, these days i swap the meat for plant based meat and prawns. My manliness is soaring, so plant based meat is not a problem and i feel good. I pay $21 -$26 delivered including extra toppings and i dont put weight on. The service is savvy and sometimes I tip the delivery guys and girls especially if i have spare change that no doubt gets me better pizza's the next time. My most recent experience (20th feb) with the Mt Eden store left me hugely disappointed. I ordered online and spent $46.23 including the extra $3 for 20 minute delivery guarantee, the order arrived with 5 minutes to spare and initially I was impressed. Shortly after receiving the food and beginning eating I realized that I was missing half of the Korean sticky wings (10 pack) that I paid for! And the 5 wings that I did receive were undercooked and stone cold, safe to say my mood plummeted dramatically. And to add to that the garlic bread could have done with an extra 5 minutes too so I ended up re cooking the chicken and garlic bread, the rest of the food was ok but overshadowed.
