Dear Wendy’s Management,
I had a very disappointing experience at your Dominion Road drive-thru on 7th February 2025 at 11:30 PM. The staff member at the counter displayed unprofessional and discriminatory behavior.
I placed my order at the drive-thru, but upon reaching the counter, the staff member saw me and asked me to park my car and come inside to collect my order. However, when I went inside, he then told me to go back to my car and rejoin the drive-thru line. By that time, four more cars had lined up, causing unnecessary delay and frustration. His behavior was rude and inconsistent, as I noticed he was polite to some customers but disrespectful to others.
Due to this unfair treatment, I ended up canceling my order after wasting 30 minutes. Such unprofessional conduct negatively affects the customer experience and damages Wendy’s reputation. I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.
I hope Wendy’s management takes this issue seriously and ensures better service...

Today I been to Wendy's after few years and I still see they have kept their recipe same over years 'the quality'. I am amazed by Angela's service. She truly is a legend. Read moreThis has been my go to place for fries for the last 16 years. I am highly disappointed that they have changed the chip size. If I wanted small fries, i would go to any of the other famous takeout places around! What's the deal, you advertise THICK cut fries on your wall signage for Christ sake!! Why have you changed it after so many years of lovely chunky chips, the only reason really that I come here?!? And the customer service of your staff, has gone down drastically over the last 6 month's. The wait to just place an order at the drive thru is bad enough, but to be told, on numerous occasions, to wait, is beyond a bad joke.
