Domino's Pizza Riccarton — Restaurant in Christchurch

I have ordered from here a few times over the past couple of weeks. Each time the driver has arrive at the wrong address, this has never been a problem with other delivery services. The main problem is with the pizzas. I have been a dominos loyalist for a long time but constantly receiving raw dough has lost me. The bottom dough has been so white it doesn't even look like it's touched an oven. Even thin crust has been undercooked. First occurrence was ordered through Uber eats and was denied a refund yet the food was completely inedible. All complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered dominoes delivery online. Order went through no issue. Waited an hour and still hadn't received any pizza or had updates on live tracker. So I called the store. The guy I spoke to told me they don't have a driver so it'll still be at least another 30 minutes. I asked why he didn't call me? He didn't answer. My order had my contact information yet they never called when they received my order to communicate this. They just left it and waited for me to chase it up. I asked for a refund and he was short with me and seemed annoyed I wanted my money back. No apology. No explanation for why they didn't call me to advise they had no driver. The manager Haze is very rude she even don’t know how to talk to the customers even though we are from invercargill and the pizza was order at night and the store kept on calling us to pick up early because they want to shut and time on screen was still 10 mints and once i reached to pick it up the pizza was not ready and it was burnt and that time we tried calling them they did not pick up the call she was saying it is our standard we do know the standards how the pizza should be and rather than resolving issue she was rude ..The poor service ever by Riccarton store members and specially the lady HAZE…I would recommend not to visit this store because its wastage of money and time and staff don not use any...
