HELL Pizza — Restaurant in Christchurch

As a regular delivery driver, I continue to experience frustrating delays at this location. What’s even more concerning is the staffing situation. You often have just one team member trying to do everything — taking orders, packing, and communicating — while others stand by in silence.

This place is clearly running extremely lean, and it shows. Orders pile up, drivers are left waiting far too long, and customers become visibly frustrated. It’s honestly embarrassing to watch, and it reflects poorly on the management and overall operation.

There needs to be serious improvement in staffing, communication, and leadership if this place wants to meet even basic...

Pork ribs from here were fine, but the Pizza is disgusting, it absolutely stinks and tastes of Vinegar so bad it's just not eatable at all, managed to force myself to eat half of it, tried the other half in the Microwave the next day but the stench of Vinegar was just too much, no other choice i had to bin it. This isn't the 1st time it's happened either, hence this review on here. They are adding Vinegar to their ingredients, i suspect it maybe they're soaking Avocados in Vinegar? Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a delivery from riccarton hell to one street over from the store. The lasagna was cold and undercooked , they gave the wrong sauce and the driver was wearing a red bandana for a mask. The corn nuggets were good though. They sent a free gelato and a voucher for a free snack pizza however it was our friends birthday and our friend's ordered thier food AFTER ours and went and picked it up and were eating and we had to wait 1 hour. I rang three times to check on the order and they didn't know where it was as they don't track...
