Came to the Art Centre today with my father for some lunch and was drawn in by the smell and music, I ordered a smoked pork sandwich and I was blown away. It was Smokey, warm and sweet the bread was lovely and the sandwich itself is very large and stayed together nicely making it easy to eat. The Raclette Team food truck at the Art Centre is an absolute gem! Their melted raclette cheese is rich and creamy, and the smoked brisket and pulled pork options are out of this world - tender, flavourful, and perfectly paired with the cheesy goodness. Tommy is a chef on a mission to delight your tastebuds and certainly achieves that goal. His mushroom soup is divine, and the well measured hint of truffle truly elevated the comforting liquid to the next level. His nachos are a must have with brisket and his own smoked sausages. The home made pickled jalapeños really are the best and help bring the dish together. What a brilliant team and fantastic food.
