Rollicious Vietnamese Streetfood & Catering — Restaurant in Christchurch

I've been meaning to make this review for ages but I'm very forgetful.

This place is so great, it's very small but it often gets busy and there's no question why.

The pho is a great price, perfect portion size and the beef sometimes melts in your mouth. The broth is perfect on it's own but they do offer a lemon and spicy sauce on the side in case you like it, which also make the soup tasty. This has become a comfort meal for me.

If you're not really feeling noodles and beef, they also have the broth in a small cup which is helpful on cold days when you aren't very hungry.

The spring rolls are fresh and full of vegetables, and they have 5 different sauce to choose from which is awesome. I haven't tried the Bahn Mi, but many people around have ordered it so I guess it's great as well.

Now, the customer service. This shop has some of the best customer service around. The people who work the counter/kitchen are so attentive and kind, and are always checking on how I enjoyed the meal. They always seem happy and cheery. The service is fast and hot. I have come around so often that they know what I want and chat with me, which really adds to how great the customer service is.

Christchurch is lucky enough to have this "Michilin"deserved new Vietnamese profession to open a great eatery. Exquisite, total dedications, attention to details, caring and friendly customer service.

Beef pho was beyond perfection. It deserves to be developed a ready to eat home cooked sachet. Beef used in the pho were perfectly seasoned and cooked, it was delicately marinated, tender, soft, juicy in a way that even a vegan/vegetarian would be overwhelmed.

Been frequenting Rollicious for a while now, the staff are super welcoming and very friendly, on top of that the food is bang on every time! Never left this place disappointed or dissatisfied. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Especially students as their prices are super reasonable and the quality of the food they put out reflects their passion for what they make, rather than a search of a higher price...
