Steampunk Laboratory — Restaurant in Christchurch

Me and my partner decided to try eating here for lunch and we were presented with a nice atmosphere with two or three people cooking and preparing meals.

I ordered Pork, and my partner ordered a beef meal, we were extremely surprised how good these tasted, the pork meal was ready, cooked with egg, rice and pork, and lots of other healthy foods inside, even better this was Gluten Free too!

The beef meal tasted pretty good also.

The customer service provided was friendly and warming.

We ended up going to order food the next day for lunch...

Great place, friendly staff and most importantly great food. A good mix of western flavour with original Korean food make this place approachable even for those who can't take spicy and stimulating food. The store mainly sells cupbop which is pretty much rice with stir fried vegetables and your choice of meat on top. This finished off with the level of spice you want on your cupbop with their special sauce make this great a good eat with plenty of parking spaces nearby. For $11, the no. 5 chicken is amazing value. With a salad, rice, a scrambled egg and chicken on top, it is one of the healthiest food options for the price point. The dumplings, priced the same as the no. 5 chicken, are definitely not very good value in terms of the amount of food you get.
