I can’t say it was a good experience as well as the worst experience. Just want them to improve better customer service.

We made a reservation for 5people however, the table was set as 2people, and somehow we squashed table which was for 4people and extra chair. It appeared that we were the first customers in the evening. Actually, We should have to ask the staff to move a bigger table as it was no one else in the restaurant.( we regret this)

Anyway, we ordered drinks ( one soft drink, one thai tea and three mocktails). From the memory, there was one or two tables just arrived when we finished order.

There was only one waitress who was looking after all services until we were at the restaurant.

We had to wait for a while to get drinks. She served 4 drinks just before meal came and she ensured us that the another mocktail will be ready after she serves our meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant got really busier while she was serving our meals on the table, she told us that she does not have a time to make one of the mocktail and asked us if we still want it! Well .. we were nearly in a half way eating and cancel the drink.

We would understand if we ordered menu when the restaurant was packed. However, we were the first customer in the evening and she definitely had a time to serve drinks before meals arrived. She continued to serve drinks to other tables instead of our one missing drink.

If she was a really new staff, then We could understand but definitely need to improve the customer service. Also, we felt sorry for her to look after 8 or 9 tables by herself during the evening. It seem that super busy Sunday night and we were surprised that only one waitress worked.

The meal was oustanding. Platter and hotpot were good sharing. Good enough spicy and fresh fish cake. Portion was affordable price.

I'm disappointed to leave a negative review, as I rarely criticize businesses. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the mango sticky rice was subpar.

I paid $13 for a small portion, which wouldn't have been an issue if the dish had met my expectations. However, I specifically asked for traditional mango sticky rice but received:

Canned mango instead of fresh Undercooked rice A negligible amount of coconut syrup (barely a teaspoon)

For the price and promised authenticity, I expected a more genuine and satisfying experience. Hopefully, the business will take this feedback constructively and improve...

Hi Team, according to the time we waited for staff to get the order, it was about 10 mins+. When we arrived, there was only 1 table of people and the staff went back and forth from that table and then back to the the till again (if the staff came and told us to wait that would be better than ignoring). We waited for awhile and I looked towards the kitchen at another staff member, and it took time before one staff came out and got our order (we probably went to the wrong time?)
