Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

First time I order from Pizza Hut (any branch) first time I have food delivered in almost 2 years, it's not cheap. It was meant to be a treat for me and my family after a tough week. We order 2 large pizzas (as we did a couple of times when eating out in other pizzerias) and a coke. They brought 2 small pizzas... But hey, that's their "large" version. So we all ended up hungry. And when they delivered it they didn't bring the coke (which of course was way more expensive than in the supermarket) and I had to call and wait another 30 minutes to get the coke, which is still unopened in my fridge, dinner was over by the time it arrived. They do not answer the phone, they will let you call for 40 minutes constantly without answering. Obviously don't care about old people who can't use their terrible online service. Very bad manager who claims "they are not obligated to answer the phone". Well if you aren't then you shouldn't be part of a franchise WHO HAS A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS CONSTANTLY ADVERTISED AND IS A CORE PART OF THEIR BUISINESS MODEL. Manager/Owner is very rude, abrasive and dismissive of your experience and he makes sure all his staff behave the same. Terrible person, terrible franchise, go to dominos down the road you will have a better experience. I can't emphasize how much this place sucks. It is probably the worst pizza shop in nz. We went to this place after swimming to get a pizza and fries for quick lunch. My husband saw the three flavour pizza on display and asked for one flavour with chips but we were mislead, and charged for one hell of long box of pizza with three different pizza flavour, and a bunch of friess inside the box. The staff could be more attentive in helping customers to choose the flavour and select correct size of the pizza for the order instead of just stand there waiting to charge for customer money.
