Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the man serving me tonight, ordered online a tuna and mayo and a veggie delight with avo and added bacon, got a call to say they didn’t have the bread we wanted fine changed the bread then said they don’t have tuna mayo either so told me to choose something else went to pick it up and was charged an extra $1.30 for something that wasn’t my fault they didn’t stock up on and to get home and find no Avo on the veggie delight WITH avo so I called up and got no answer, get back to the shop and the guy was standing outside the shop on his phone and called his manager and he took no accountability for what’s happened and wasn’t understanding what was going on. I’ve been here twice now and both times the customer service was awful. First time I was waiting to order and the two ladies were just talking and laughing behind the counter and waited 5 mins before serving me.
