Had a bad experience here on friday night, spilt my drink by accident and was asking to get some napkins to clean it up at the bar however The bartender neil yelled at me and said some awful things about how i should have told him and commented on me in general (it was very loud in there and i was trying to tell him but he didnt hear) was rude for no reason and very aggresive to the point i went to the bathroom to cry as he yelled and embarrassed me (i wasnt even drunk was just a clutz) the other bartenders were lovely and the security was very nice however will not feel comfortable returning as neil was incredibly rude towards me and ruined the entire night, dont hire staff that cannot handle people drinking on a froday night, people spill drinks and the staff should be able to handle that as a bar staff member myself i would never act in the way that neil did. would not reccomend being served by him as he made me and my friends very uncomfortable and was overall very...

Came into pub to watch game. Gave bar tenders my id and was served a few drinks while watching the rugby. 20 mins before game finished got rudely interrupted by either the manager or another member of staff who asked for id and rudely told us to leave claiming its not allowed because its Irish and not a pass port. Told us to hurry us with our drinks and get out and when I politely asked to stay to watch last few minutes of game and not even drink. He said no and asked where are my parents. Even though I’m clearly over the age of 18. Very disappointed with this man as rest of staff were really good and great at there job.
