Sorry to say but very disappointed in this service girl asked if I would like the chicken tikka masala as well as the panner tiki masala as it was the Tuesday special. Only to come home and find out she packed the chicken tikka masala very disappointing butter chicken was also very watery and not satisfying decided to try divine after such a long time but think we will stick to the one we go to I orderd the punjabi chicken panner tikka masala and the butter chicken the girl that served me clearly she asked me if I would also like the chicken tikka .no panner is allways a winner for me the kids and husband like the chicken sorry guys you definitely have done it for me and for 56 dollars all up we paid along with the nann bread I consider this a waste of money the butter chicken I wouldn't even let my dog eat it she even put her nose down to eat if this was india you guys would of got this food thrown at you . This was also the same reason we stopped comming to your restaurant we were also regular customers once before food is soupy...

It was a cold day and we were hungry. We thought we’d eat inside at the table provided. Getting asked to go outside and eat our food in the cold for no reason is a poor way to treat a customer. We weren’t even given the option to move to the restaurant. Will be taking my custom elsewhere in future. It didn’t say the table was a waiting area - nor was this explained to us when we were asked to eat outside. By all appearances, we were not wanted. Fully understand we had paid takeaway prices but when you’ve paid a bit of money it would have been a nice gesture and had it been explained properly we would have been than happy to eat elsewhere. We were there in the first week of January 2024 as we were returning from Kaitaia and it was hot afternoon and we were famished. We found this restaurant and it was closing at the moment and we asked if we can get any food as our kid was hungry. The owner and his wife were so kind and generous that he immediately took us in and made us feel comfortable. They said it’s okay if we are closings it’s our responsibility to get you food. They prepared us 3 thalis and I have to say it was so delicious. We haven’t had such good food for a long time. The restaurant is so clean, the service is top notch and the food is indeed divine.
