My partner and I came here on a whim after dinner to see what the fuss was all about. When we arrived, the line was just about out the door, so we had pretty high hopes. Once inside, we saw that the decor was a pleasing minimalistic look, being mostly black with a few splashes of colour in the lighting and signage. We ordered a Ferrero Rocher Crepe (a launch special) and a Biscoff thickshake. It took about 10 minutes for both items to get to us, which I thought was quite fast, considering the number of orders being placed. The thickshake certainly lives up to its name; it was initially impossible to get any of it through the straw! Fortunately, a little stirring around was enough to loosen it. It was rich and decadent, and there was no shortage of Biscoff flavours. However, it was the crepe that really impressed me. The whole structure was positively loaded with Ferrero Rocher pieces, Nutella, whipped cream, ice cream, and chocolate sauce, while the actual crepe itself made for an appropriately robust and chewy vessel, holding the sweet construction together. Eating this was undoubtedly messy, but it was well worth the trouble. The only thing which made this whole experience not quite perfect was the lack of a good place to dispose of our rubbish. There is a singular rubbish bin outside the front door, which was understandably overflowing. It would be nice if there was a recycle bin provided, so that the plastic and cardboard items could be discarded more appropriately. Overall, this is a most welcome addition to Palmy's food landscape, which we wholeheartedly recommend to anybody who has a sweet tooth.

My partner and I tried the Nutella + Banana, and the Strawberry + Cream crepes. They were quite delicious and would have again. Our two main critiques were: 1. Menus - placement was odd and made difficult to read as people were sitting directly in front of the menus, and we could not see the full range available. There were no descriptions either, so although the ice cream and chocolate sauce extras on the crepes were awesome, I think they would benefit by putting the description of each crepe underneath. “Nutella + Banana crepe - crepe served with nutella, banana slices, serviced with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream, covered in chocolate syrup and sprayed with gold lustre dust.” Show off your products more! (And move the menus to the front of the shop where people can read them better). 2. Time - we waited 10 minutes at the front of the queue to be served, and then a further 15 minutes to get our food. Nothing wrong with a bit of waiting (of course!), but if you are on a lunch break, I would advise to be aware of the potential wait time. Overall, a great store to have in Palmy and will be recommending to friends and family.

I got the biscoff shake and ferrero crepe and they were both absolutely delicious!! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the crepe was freezing cold all the way through, almost like it had been refrigerated¿ my partner also got himself one and it was the same, other than that though 10/10 would definitely get again :)))

Have yet been able to try this place. Opening day, came into town for coffee and then planned for dessert after. Sat next door for coffee at 10am, left at 11am and this place was still closed with no info on opening time. Hours were up the next day showing 10am opening, so planned to have sat brunch 10.30am then dessert. On sat came in to town and found their hours changed to midday opening. 2 weeks and have yet been able to try anything, probably not going to attempt to go back...
