We had read previous reviews which said this would be a good place for a coeliac. Unfortunately, the girl serving us couldn't have cared less about answering my questions - hugely disappointing! When I asked simple questions such as how the bread was prepared (i.e. separate toaster or on grill etc), whether the almond butter was gluten free, she stared at me, shrugged her shoulders and said 'it's almond butter' or 'should be'. The same when I asked how big the chips serving was - 'it's a bowl of chips' and finally, when asked further, showed me the bowl size (was it that hard?!). Clearly she hated her job, and customers! I felt like a huge inconvenience to her, when I was asking the necessary questions as a coeliac diner. This person clearly needed serious education on dietary requirements - please ensure all of your staff are trained on dietaries or else you are going to miss out on a huge market.
It's also a bit disappointing that the menu itself only really shows breakfast food, but when you get up to the counter you can see there are lunch options such as frittata, salads, sandwiches etc available. A...

Overall (5/5): Great food, good ambience, decent service. Would return to try out other dishes.
Service (5/5): One staff helped to get seats for dining in. Waiting time is a little long though during peak period, about 20mins of waiting.
Food (5/5): Plentiful choices, there are many dishes catering to different dietary restrictions - vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc. You can expect standard cafe drinks menu too, along with smoothies.
We got the eggs benedict with mushroom and greens vegan benedict. The yolk for the benedict just right as expected from well cooked. Personally, I loved the mushrooms as it had rich flavours. The greens vegan benedict was great too - crispy rosti (carrots and onion with the vegetables which i felt that they were still juicy. And the tofu and its sauce was tasty too.
Value (4/5): For its price, the food and service was within expectation.
Others: Try to avoid sitting near the doors during winter. We sat near one of the door and staff/guests had to open the door frequently, causing uncomfortable...
