Worst food experience of my life! If I could give this place 0 stars - I would!! I am incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted with this place for their service and food. They delivered the food late, the delivery driver just handed us two pizza's even though we ordered 2 pizza's, 3 sides and 2 drinks. Then she started searching the car and found the other items only to still be missing one of the sides. The third side was never delivered. We did order though Uber Eats - but the delivery was made by the restaurant - so they had full control over the quality of the food, presentation and delivery time.
The pizza looks like its been dropped on the floor multiple times and doesn't even look like a pizza...
On the phone when we called to give feedback and ask for assistance and the customer service we received was appalling - as they showed zero care and just asked us to go to Uber to sort it out and whether we still wanted to get the third side delivered.
There was no help or care - and frankly, we couldn't eat the food we paid $115 for as it looked dropped on the floor and absolute mush.

Read moreWe ordered over the phone and asked for our pizzas to be delivered to our place. A few hours later, we called to find out what had happened and, apparently, there had been a misunderstanding, they thought our order was for pickup.
The staff member was very apologetic, and I completely understand, we’re all human and mistakes happen. He asked for 30 minutes to remake the pizzas and said he’d bring them to us. He arrived after closing time, delivering our pizzas along with some sodas and desserts we hadn’t ordered. He apologised again for the mix-up and was about to leave when I said I still needed to pay, but he refused, wanting to make it up to us for the confusion.
I wasn’t expecting that and thanked him sincerely. You didn’t have to do this, but your gesture was greatly appreciated by our family. We understand that mistakes happen, but going the extra mile to make it right was truly admirable.
