We came across Apertivo while strolling through Oneroa. The menu and view looked amazing. We arrived with high hopes and were greeted with excellent service. The waiter was attentive and friendly. An excellent place for food in Oneroa. The menu is mostly smaller plates that are great for sharing so there is an opportunity to try many different dishes. Across two meals we ended up having 8 out 13 dishes on the menu (excluding desserts) - hard to say what was the favorite but I would call out the pork belly, gnocchi and oysters were wonderful. What a lovely place this is. We were initially going to go to the resteraunt next door but after standing in line with no service we thought why not go into Aperitivo. Turned out to be a great decision because from the moment we stepped in our experience was terrific. The service was brilliant and every single dish was cooked perfectly. The view is an added bonus as well on a beautiful sunny afternoon. So far our favourite resteraunt in Waiheke. Don't miss this place...
