Red Crab Thai restaurant and Oneview Bar — Restaurant in Waiheke

Rude staff. After doing the costal walk, my wife and I were so hungry and saw post saying its available from 9-7:30pm. Because we love Thai food we thought of having our late lunch here. I opened the restaurant door and asked politely if they are open and this guy at the bar counter shouted that they are closed and pointed to the other glass door that mentions the opening time. I'm really tempted to give 1 star because we never ate here but gave 2 stars to be fair. It would be nice to train staff to be nice and to not give a bad impression. Also please reflect the real opening time on the board near the street for lunch and dinner. The opening time should be on all glass doors as the one pointed is near another open restaurant that is not...

Our team came there to have lunch since we were really hungry. This restaurant has the worst customer service ever. They treated our team who were really tired like untouchables. Don't judge a book by its cover. I think all these reviews on Google are paid ones. We didn't even had food, we just left because we had some self-respect.

If there was a zero review star, I would have definitely gone for that. We really love food and had been to different awesome restaurants in New Zealand and I should say these people are the worst. If anyone intend to go there, make sure you were your Louis Vuitton suit, Gucci Shoes, and Chanel bag .Otherwise these restaurant staffs are not going...

Really bad service attitude. There's something wrong with the pos machine twice. We are in a hurry and we just asked if we could make a direct transfer，but the cashier told us not to talk to her...Later in the end we still pay by transfer，so what the point being so mean？？BEFORE we had been waiting for a while，did what your another staff asked and were already told couldn't use the pos machine. The owner's reply is very interesting, as Asians，never expect to be racist by an Asian restaurant. btw We only asked ONE question then wanted to transfer，so we need to be told to shut up? a...
