1920s Cafe — Restaurant in Waitematā

When I walk in the lovely barista just puts in the amount to the eftpos machine I pay and a coffee is in my hand. And it’s so yummy everytime. They have nailed consistency with the coffee. This is what I like for my coffee every morning. I wish they opened sooner after the floods, as I was going to a cafe down the street from it that mess my coffee up every time. The mince on toast is amazing! The vibe is so cozy and they have taken time with the decor. Great cafe and great service. Please go here for your coffee as they work so hard and provide quality food and drink!

Pleasantly surprised by the food and service received from 1920s Cafe. Was expecting a takeaway counter, and instead received delicious, thoughtful meals.

The quiche had large, scrumptious mouthfuls of spinach and feta! The salad on top with balsamic was a nice finishing touch. The eggs benedict on a rosti was delicious surprise with a generous portion of flavorful and rich hollandaise!

I used to come here every day 5 days a week for about 6 months or so 3 years ago, today I was near by and thought why not have a good coffee. Very interesting the taste of the coffee,the welcoming and the attitude of the servants is still the same if it’s not better,absolutely beautiful delighted and it taste soo good. Not that many places you can get a good coffee in Auckland but this is a nice place to have one....
