Accidentally ordered from this store and called to tell them my mistake and that I would like to pick up from the Quay Street branch. I asked the staff at the Quay Street branch if they could make my order for me as I had already paid for it and offered to show the receipt as proof.
They told me to call and ask Symonds Street branch. To which I did and was told - “You will have to pay again at the Quay Street branch and order through them. There is nothing we can do about it.”.
As a fellow worker in hospitality the fact that I paid for the order and acknowledged and apologised for my mistake, they could have simply allowed me to have my order made at Quay Street and gave the mistake order’s food to staff as a meal. This is common practice and we do this at my workplace when customers mix up our branches, customer satisfaction and comfort is important after all.
But no, I paid $30+ for a second time to have my order made. Emailed HR, no response. No refund.
Also previously orders from this branch in store, ordered and the staff charged extra than the deal on the website and didn’t advertise or advise me that some deals are website only. On top of that they made a completely different pizza (Hawaiian — when I ordered Meatlovers..) didn’t realize until I got home and was very disappointed, especially after a 12hr shift. In store customer service is just as bad as over the phone.

If he is lost, he would have simply give a call and ask for exact location or ask where I am and he hasn’t bothered to call and he gives me a call after 10 minutes asking where i am.
