We sisters were tourists and landed up having an extra day in auckland. I needed a hair cut and we passed by this salon twice and decided to check it out. We checked a few reviews and it said very good things so decided to give it a go. Karen ,the lady from malaysia cut my hair. She did a great job of cutting exactly the way i wanted. She was patient and took time but i was very happy with the end result. Seeing my haircut my sis who is extremely fussy about haircuts and very difficult to please also decided to give it a go. Thankfully when we went back ,we made it just in time . She was the last customer for the day and Karen did her hair beautifully and patiently. I have been in a few time and have, up until now, had a positive experience. However, the last two times have not gone well. Once was on a Saturday, only for a fringe cut, and it was so rushed that i came out with a wonky fringe and had to cut it again myself. I thought maybe this was because they were just really busy. But today was even worse, despite clearly explaining several times that I wanted my fringe long and below my eyebrows. l came out with a fringe half way up my forehead!! I look like a child put a bowl on my head and cut around it. They admittedly didn't charge me anything but that doesn't help my hair grow back and its too short for me to do anything with. I'm the type of person doesn't know what hairstyle I want constantly and i would not think twice to go there if I feel like change. Been going there for years.

Unlike most of the places i have been previously, the hairstylists at the Cut do listen to what you want and are truly attentive when carrying out amazing outcomes. I have bleached and dyed my hair with different colour several times there and I'm overall highly satisfied with the looks.
