Monday 22/9/2025 Approximately 540pm RUDE STAFF I am a Muslim traveller and only eat halal food on my travels. Since there was no halal certificate display in the shop, I asked the staff (a male South Asian) whether the meat was halal, he said yes. But when I asked him whether he is a Muslim, he got offended and chased me out from the shop. What is his problem?! RUDENESS to the max! He DOESNT OWN the shop! I was hungry on a rainy evening, how dare he? To the top management people, please BRIEF the staff accordingly on CUSTOMER SERVICE. It seems that he doesnt like his job, totally not suitable to work in the service industry. I have never come across such hostile/atrocious behaviour of F&B staff until now. paid for a piece of chicken here & one of the workers, short fat guy asks me "did you pay for it" in a demanding manner. i already paid for it so i didn't respond and waited for him to pass the chicken, however he just kept looking till i said "have a look mate, its paid for" so i grabbed it off his hand & he grabbed my arm and refused to let go till he read the receipt. he realized he was wrong but didn't apologize and continued to be rude saying it was my fault. very bad customer service & the chicken was disgusting, small, old and overpriced. i recommend going elsewhere, the workers discriminate certain ethnicities, its highly likely they're uneducated in customer service & many other things. 1/10 spend your...

Its very very bad allowing people inside store as normal in level-3 and other pick up orders for drivers who come inside, where as all other stores are working with regulations of placing orders on table in front door, by not doing right, which puts all online customer in danger.Tall skinny guy working around 7:45pm was very rude and not wearing mask. He was dictating other staff like they are slave.Will be complaining further to concerted authorities.Its not the first time my other mates have noticed it as many times before about his rude behaviour and unethical way of working in food industry of handling food.
