Pizze-Riah restaurant — Restaurant in Lagos State

We are family of seven people and we ate pizza and some suya . Bill was 113,500 naira and we told the waiter we are paying with two cards when he brought the POS for payment. On first card we paid 85,000 naira and pos receipt comes out declined and I received a debit alert from first bank so I told them to check with who is in charge of there account cos have been debited.. The waiter called the cashier and the cashier said we should pay the second time and he ordered the security to lock the gate and dont allow us to go out and he was shouting and very rude to the children and some customers that saw what happened complain to the manager and manager said he will report to madam. I told the cashier to give me the bank details if they reverse the 85K I will transfer to them. He refused and told security again not to let us pass the gate till we pay second time. Their pizza 🍕 threw me a bit in that it was different from my past pizza 🍕 experiences... Pizza was so flat ♭ I thought they brought me something else. Had one of them pizza with bacon 🥓 and it was...surreal...(pictures).

Now I like different and all that but the waiters were way into that TV 📺, the football 🏈 scores and the conversations among themselves, to pay attention. You gotta call and call and you get different servers cos well... I don't know 🤷‍♂️?

And no straws 🥤! Yeah... Whether organic or whatever - non... According to one of them servers... It is just company policy. I hate hearing "company policy" as it feels like a lazy approach to your business. Give your staff information ℹ as to why they have to respond in a certain way... Just have your staff seem knowledgeable not robotic.

I don't know if this is how pizza 🍕 comes in Italy 🇮🇹 - as flat as a flat plate 🍽 or if this is a further money cutting/saving technique...

This establishment cooks a thin / crispy pizza crust which is my preference. They allowed (reasonable) substitutions. I replaced ham for pepperoni on one of my pizzas for no extra charge. Bae ordered Calzone. This place charges standard Victoria Island Prices . 500 Naira for bottle of water. 4000-6000 Naira for 8 slice (12 inch approx) pizza. The Calzone was massive and a bit more expensive but better value if you are very hungry the pizza may not fill you. Calzone is more filling option. Ambiance caters to foreigners. Most patrons were foreign during my visit. Lots of greenery and serene setting. Overall enjoyed my visit. I would patronize this place again.
