Rococo Restaurant, Lounge & Music Hall — Restaurant in Lagos State

I would start by saying Rococo kindly do better. Your customer centricity is 0 , if there was any mark before 0 , I would gladly give it you guys . your food is overly pricey with no good value for it . How do someone spend over 80,000 on a food and none was good . Aside the portion being so small and still yet salty with no Amendments even after complaints. why would a customer come to your restaurant to eat and pictures are restricted especially when the restaurant manager or owner is around . These were the comments made by your bartenders and hostesses. How do you come to a country as a foreigner (white) open a restaurant, where 95% of your customers are the citizens the country but you are dictating, the amount of food they can order , they shouldn’t take pictures etc , that is so unprofessional and unkind . I had to go to another restaurant because I was famished which was not even a five star and I got a far better dishes and good customer service .

First of , I already sent you a personal review mail regarding your dissatisfying service but you guys decided to ignore nor at least apologize but because google reviews is a public platform you are here defending your terrible customer service with lies. And yes it’s been over month i visited but I decided to drop my review now , so what ? I can decide to drop my review any time I want and when it suitable for me , how is that a problem ? I dropped my review when I was less busy at hand plus I had to make sure I dropped the review because of how terrible you people were , I was not going to let that pass by . You claimed I brought two extra guest , When it was clear the third guest didnt order any food because she said it right in front of your waiter that she’s been here before and your dishes are not so good .

I had an amazing time at this restaurant during a group dinner with 11 people. We ordered from both the Nigerian and international menus. I personally had the chicken stew, and the chicken was crusty on the outside, yet tender and savory on the inside. The pizza cones were also nice, though they may not be enough for someone with a bigger appetite. The suya was flavorful, but it came with just one small slice of Agege bread. While small, it was tasty.

For drinks, I had the Camille mocktail, which was okay, though it didn’t quite meet my expectations. On the other hand, I highly recommend the Monique mocktail—it had a delightful blend of flavors. If you’re with a group, the juice pitcher can be shared between 2-3 people, which is a nice option.

The ambiance is very chic, giving off a strong Rococo architecture and art vibe. As someone with an interest in art, I was impressed by the decor, color scheme, and the detailed attention given to everything, down to the cutlery and paper towels. The live singers were a treat and added to the experience, though the music made it difficult to hold conversations at our table.

One thing I appreciated was that the temperature was comfortable—not too cold, so I didn’t even need my scarf. The waiter was helpful but a bit forward and not very welcoming, which made me uncomfortable when I needed assistance.

For those who love taking pictures, the interior is quite dark and cozy, which makes it difficult to get good photos. However, the restroom was bright and aesthetically pleasing, and the entrance also offers a good photo spot.
