Went here four times whilst visiting Skopje, the best Italian for sure! The Penne Arrabiata was delicious and I ordered it every-time, the fresh bread is so good.
The last time I went however, I ordered the pasta as usual and it was unfortunately undercooked to the point that it was inedible, rock hard pasta with the dough still clear as day in the centre.
I asked the young male waiter if it could be cooked a little longer and he told me that it was supposed to be like that because that’s what Italian pasta is like, who knew? He done that without even seeing the pasta or trying it, bad representation of the brilliant food and service prior to this hence the four stars.
