BRGN Concept Store & Bistro is a cute little cafe tucked next to the clothing section, and honestly, I really liked the vibe here. I grabbed a hot Americano to take away (they say that instead of “to go” in Norway lol), and coffee in Europe just tastes better.
They’ve got a solid selection of drinks on the menu, and while they do serve food like soups and sandwiches, those don’t start until around 10 AM. If you’re here earlier, they have sweets like carrot cake and pastries out. My friends got a ham sandwich and overnight oats, and we also tried the chai latte and cappuccino, everything was pretty good overall.
There were only two people working behind the counter, so it can move a little slow, but it’s very chill and quiet inside. It seems like most cafes in Norway offer free WiFi too, and this spot would be a great place to sit and get some work done. Very cozy...
