Went to Africano by chance when me and my girlfriend didnt’t know what to have for dinner. I had tried ethiopian food many times before, but it never «wowed» me. I wanted to try it one more time and boy was I in for a big surprise. We ordered the «Special Mesob Dinner» for two and it was so, so, sooo delicious! Saw three awesome women in the kitchen/front of house - and between them they spun up wholesome and homely dishes that are delicious and healthy. I truly felt like a guest in their house .

The food was just amazing. My girlfriend and me tried Ethiopian food for the first time and it was so delicious. The portions are so big that we just shared one dish and it was completely enough for the two of us. The prices are very very good compared to everything we had in Oslo before. The service was super friendly, gave us some recommendations and served us tea for free after we finished our meal.
