Authentic Indonesian Flavors in the Heart of Oslo We had an amazing lunch experience at Boboko Indonesian Restaurant, and it truly satisfied both our taste buds and our longing for authentic Indonesian soul food. We tried the Nasi Bebek Sambal Ijo and Nasi Campur Bali, and we highly recommend both. The nasi bebek was delicious, crispy duck paired perfectly with the vibrant green chili sambal, full of flavors and comforting spice. The Nasi Campur Bali was the real highlight. A rich and flavorful combination of tender chicken in a fragrant yellow sauce, fresh mung bean sprouts, sautéed morning glory, sambal, and perfectly seasoned sate lilit topped with sambal matah. Crispy fried peanuts added the perfect crunch, tying everything together in a beautifully balanced dish. If you’re in Oslo and craving a taste of Indonesia, Boboko is absolutely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!!😋

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boboko Indonesian Restaurant in Via Village, Oslo, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing—packed with authentic, bold flavors and perfectly prepared. Every dish was crafted with such attention to detail, showcasing the highest quality ingredients. The staff, including the chefs, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their passion for the food really shines through, and it’s clear they care about offering an exceptional dining experience. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I highly recommend Boboko to anyone looking for fantastic Indonesian cuisine in Oslo. Definitely a must-visit!

You have to try Boboko! I’m completely hooked. The food is incredible! Especially the rendang and the sate ayam. The rendang might honestly be one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The flavor is so rich and perfectly spiced that I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. If I’m being picky, I wish the meat in the rendang was a bit more tender, but the taste totally makes up for it. Pro tip: get extra sauce! Trust me! Since you order through your phone, the trick is to add extra sambal and then let them know you want it swapped for extra sauce. The staff are super friendly too, which just makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places you leave already planning your next visit. So happy we finally have Indonesian food in Oslo!
