I’d saved this place for a while and finally got the chance to try it. I only ordered the chicken soup noodles at first. The broth was full of flavor yet still felt light and fresh. Normally, I don’t drink much of the soup when I eat noodles, but this time I finished the entire bowl.
After that, I felt like I had to try more. So I ordered some skewers and a side of sticky rice—just in case skewers alone wouldn’t sit well with me.
I have to say, I was even more surprised by the skewers. The pork was so tender and juicy. Honestly, they were perfect on their own—I didn’t even need the dipping sauce. But I tried it anyway, and that was a mistake 😆 The sauce is legit spicy!

Read more4.5-star in my view. The food here was really authentic, and tasted almost outstanding. The pork neck skewers were super tender and juicy, and the pork meat odor was completely removed. The marination was really good that the flavors reached each bit of the meat, I could even enjoy it without any dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was very balanced in flavors, the acidity and sweetness were perfect while the fish sauce was not overpowering. The papaya salad was really refreshing, spicy but appetizing, and the dried shrimps were very flavorful.
