Ok, PLEASE READ ME. I will do it with all the respect that workers deserve and that I also believe they deserve and that however they do not deserve.
Food is a lie. Itâs misleading advertising. And something AGAINST THE LAW, according to âMATLOVENâ and very important also MATTILSYNET that does not report allergens in food in Norway.
I ordered a dish called: âMEATâ thali dinner, where in this dish there was chicken and SHRIMP, not to mention that my companion has severe allergies to seafood and where they mention meat and it really is chicken and shrimp (three very small pieces in each compartment) I could have let it go but the waitress was GROTESQUE AND RUDE.
The waiter man who was there was worse and much more rude defending himself that the shrimp is MEAT and insulting the intelligence of my companion and me. We didnât want to make a problem and it would have been a good idea for them to change the âshrimpâ for anything else they think is meat but it wasnât like that.
We also ordered the medium and low flavor in the different dishes, which was a LIE!! The dishes were exactly the same. The price? A 5-star restaurant price for junk food and very terrible attention.
The table and the place? Well, there was so much movement that it was impossible to eat there. Yes, I ate the food, I paid more than 500kr in this place and without the right to claim for my consumer rights and of course I didnât want to leave the food in the trash. The rice and the rest? I canât say absolutely anything good about this place and itâs so sad, even though the music had good sound AT LEAST, just not to be cruel.
Donât put misleading advertising, show your ingredients on your plates. A person could have been very sick in the hospital because of your âmeatâ being a shrimp. Train your staff. I donât care about your food anymore and I wonât mess with your food anymore because surely there are people who will like it, but donât try to scam me. Be a kind and good person.
If you read this far. DONâT GO TO THIS PLACE.
I wish I could put the flavor of the food by text but we still donât have this technology. Probably street food in India, (being in India) tastes...
Read moreNOT REALLY INDIAN !!! I do not usually post reviews but i had to. I have never been disappointed at any restraunt or cafe in the whole wide world & specially when it has a word INDIAN in it. We spent around 1000 NOK for 4 people and thats very much costly only for tea and snacks. You obviously hope that OK i am paying a bit more moneu so i will get something premium. We ordere Bhel puri, Dahi Poori, Aloo Tikki , Masala Chai, Mango Lassi, Chicken Tikka Roll.
Except for the Masala Chai, the portion of everything was so less like literally so much less that it felt if they were serving us the tasting menu. It was like ok the taste is nice now bring the food, but no , that tiny portion we tasted was the ACTUAL PORTION. Mango lassi was half glass of ice cubes and half actual lassi and that too glass was small sized as compared everywhere in Oslo. Chicken Roll was like 4 bites and Finished. The Worst was Bhel Puri, they served it in the bowl in which the restraunts use to serve the sauce or chutney, just think about the portion of Bhel for which we paid around 100 NOK.
Need to work on the portion. Otherwise we went there with so much excitement and just after seeing the portions i was like that this is my first and last time here and we will be recommending peope to avoid this cafe as its just the Hype but not worth hardly...
