Place: Refurbished and contemporary. 😎🙌 Relaxed and cozy environment. 😌👍

Food: Typical "Turkish" menu that you find quite much of in this area. However, their menu was a little smaller than the others. 🇹🇷 The amount of food in the plates was also smaller than the others. In our case, the pan sizes were traditionally large, and the little food was spread out to cover the pan in a futile attempt to give impression of fullness. We not only felt cheated, but this spreading made the food go colder much faster. 🥛😒 Unfortunately, the food tasted bland. Being a frequent Turkish restaurant visitor in Oslo, certain tastes were expected. There were not any, at all. 🤔☹️ Stiff prices. 💰💰💰

Service: Maybe the first Turkish place with female waiters. 👧💪 Average service level. 😶 Then again, the other Turkish places have set a much higher service standard. Their waiters greet you with a smile, do small talk, drop by while you are eating to ask if you need anything, offer desert/tea at the end, ask if you enjoyed your stay, and so forth. Had we not experienced this at ALL other Turkish places, we wouldn't do it here either. 💔

Conclusion: Do go there to have been there at least once. 😉 Our next visit to a Turkish place will not be here for a while. 🤨 We will probably revisit after an year to see if anything...

The food at this place is actually pretty tasty, I'll give them that. But man, the service? Total nightmare. We were sitting there forever waiting for our food to show up. And get this - they somehow managed to forget part of our order! I mean, come on.

I wanted to like this place, I really did. The flavors were there, but the whole experience was just frustrating. It's a shame when good food gets overshadowed by sloppy service.

Bottom line: I can't in good conscience recommend this spot to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that can serve up good food without the headache. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Tldr; Utrolig dårlig opplevelse! OK mat, kjempe dårlig service.

Vi var i hovedstaden med familien og skulle spise now før vi dro videre.

Vi bestille relativt kjapt, men mye. Alle I restauranten fikk maten sin før oss, inkludert et annet bord med like mange personer som kom etter oss.

Av 7 bestilte retter, så var det bare 5 som var korrekt, når vi påpekte dette ble de irritert.

I måten jeg hadde bestilt, er den en grillet chilli, når jeg spurte om det var mulig å få flere fikk jeg beskjeden: "Nei, kjøttet er allerede marinert og det er en chilli, du kan bruke siracha hvis du vil ha det sterkere."

Barna bestilte pomfri, disse kom ikke med resten av maten, men neste helt på slutten når de så si hadde spist ferdig. En av disse rettene inneholdt noe som lignet på hår. De ble også bestilt to av deres grillpakker, et av disse manglet halvparten av innholdet, den andre inneholdt flere kyllingbiter som var helt rå på innsiden.

Når vi var ferdige med maten prøvde vi å bestille te(gratis med middag) , dette fikk vi beskjed om at ikke var mulig siden de ikke hadde mer te, dette gjaldt visst kun vårt bord. Vi kunne tydelig se at de fortsatt hadde masse te igjen når vi var på vei ut og andre bord ble server te.

Forskjellen mellom oss og de andre gjestene, var at vi var kurdere.
