If you’re looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine in Oslo, don’t eat here (Piscoteket is still king!). If you go anyway, don’t be fooled into ordering the ceviche, because if it’s as flavorless as mine was (lacking in lime, onion, ají and even salt), and you let the chef know, beware. Although I was re-served a better-tasting second version, it was loaded with lethal amounts of habanero chile. This left me wondering if the chef was out for revenge. XENOFOBIA[CONSTRANGIMENTO]

Tukthuset é um local onde normalmente acontecem festas brasileiras. Hoje, dia 24/02/2024, aconteceu uma festa de Carnaval. O relato a seguir é de uma amiga. Eu estava presente e confirmo tudo que aconteceu.

DECEPÇÃO ESSE EVENTO! Fui comemorar meu aniversário, com vários amigos juntos, e fui surpreendida com a situação mais constrangedora e xenofóbica que já passei até hoje em todos esses anos de Noruega.

Chegando na porta estava com um copo de energético e o segurança me disse “no drinks inside” então terminei de beber o que tinha no copo e ele começou a me empurrar e gritar dizendo “NORWAY HAS RULES! HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN NORWAY??” a princípio nem entendi e respondi que pensei que ele queria que eu esvaziasse o copo, pedi desculpas (???) e disse que mais de uma vez que não foi minha intenção afronta-lo, apenas pensei que ele queria que eu terminasse de beber. Como eu estava com (literalmente) um pé pra dentro ele me disse que eu já estava dentro e não poderia ter bebido e teria que ter me afastado antes pois “na Noruega é assim que funciona, aqui não é south america”. Isso tudo aos gritos enquanto eu não levantei a voz em nenhum momento.

Alguns amigos já tinham pago pelo ingresso e foram pedir o dinheiro de volta uma vez que o grupo não ia mais entrar por conta dessa situação. E aí a segunda grande decepção: A ORGANIZAO DO EVENTO SIMPLESMENTE SE RECUSOU a devolver o dinheiro do ingresso.

We had our Student New Year´s Party yesterday evening at this beautiful place as the venue offers very good food and drinks and can also provide later on a very attractive dance/club environment due to its colorful lightning facilities. The Crew working behind it is very friendly and is also very flexible towards special arrangements. This is what I would call a great place to go in order to having an awesome evening.

Without this venue and the friendly hard working team our event would never have turned out so great. Thank you...
