Only went once and would go back. We had one Texas burger and the beef carpaccio. Both items were pretty good, nothing exceptional. The critic that I would have to express would regard the burger bun, a bit dry. Also, the bread served with the carpaccio was below par, would have been better if it was warmer. No recomiendo esta sucursal en especifico. Cuando llegamos, pregunte si el piso de arriba estaba habilitado para sentarse y la mesera respondió bastante seco y casi molesta, nos sentamos y nos pusieron los vasos y los menús, no estaba muy lleno el lugar, estaba tranquilo y en tema de ambiente, se sentía como un hospital con luces muy blancas y frías. Pedimos entrada de almeja al ajillo, la verdad era poquita la cantidad por el costo ($11) y cuando preguntamos por pan al ajillo, la primera mesera que ya estaba seria y desanimada solo dijo que no había, otra mesera fue la que regreso y dijo que si había pero solo con mantequilla regular, lo cual esta bien pero la anterior ni mencionó la opción. Durante todo este rato no nos sirvieron el agua, solo estaban los vasos vacíos, nuevamente fue la otra mesera la que si al pedirle nos lo trajo. La comida estaba muy rica, pedimos dos picadas bonanza, pero las porciones se veían reducidas, y las costillas traían muy poca carne, una de las dos parrillas si traían el bbq y la otra por algún motivo no. No tenían piña colada, no nos dieron las mentas que en otras sucursales siempre dan y como ultimo, ni plato individual nos pusieron. I'll loved the kobe beef bacon cheeseburger. Holy cow that was sensational. That's not a pickle in the photo but the cheese. Just look at that awesomeness in the photo. The bacon was chopped and it worked. Order medium rare. The wife got the basic steak and she thought it was so so. I didn't try it as I was raving nonstop about the burger.
