After exploring Plaza De Armas in downtown Arequipa, Peru, our group was getting a tad hungry and we stopped in Barrio Chifa to try the Peruvian take on Chinese food. I had the General Tso and my companions tried some of the steak (Lomo) dishes. I loved the presenation of the little boats on my friend's plate and was pleasantly surprised by the nutty flavor of the fried rice on my dish.
