INKA ROOTS — Hotel in Arequipa

We had a very pleasant stay at Inka Roots - the location was great, right in the center of the town and 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas. The staff was very friendly and the terrace on the rooftop had a great 360-degree-view. We had a private room and the value for money was very good. For the price, this place is great. Location couldn’t be better and the staff is so friendly! Rooftop has the best view. We arranged a 3-day tour with the hostel and they were very helpful. We were also able to store our luggage in the days we were on the tour. Downsides were: only hot water during the day, noise from the street in the weekend and bed was a little worn out. Nous n'avons pas été acceptés car on nous a dit à le réception que les animaux n'étaient pas autorisés. Jusqu'ici aucun problème, chaque établissement fixe ses règles. Cependant, le monsieur de l'accueil nous a dit ne plus avoir de chambre (chose qui n'était pas vraie) plutôt que de directement expliquer qu'ils ne voulaient pas d'animaux. De plus quand nous lui avons montré l'annonce internet disant que l'établissement autorise les animaux, il nous a juste répondu "ah oui peut être, je ne sais pas" sans aucune remise en question de son erreur.
