Eden Bar Lima — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

We stopped in on a Sunday night to get some drinks to start our night. The bar wasn't stocked for their drinks. So when we ordered a special drink, two of them in fact, we had to wait almost a half an hour to get our drinks. Additionally, I ordered a separate drink that should have come immediately, but rather the staff chose to wait until the other two drinks were ready, which meant the whole process took half an hour to get our drinks. Some of the staff were super friendly. Some of the staff not so much so. While I appreciate the attention they paid to us, they could do a lot to improve their service just by simply keeping their bar stocked for their drinks. It is the third time that i've visited this place, and its always about the experience: The drinks are to die for! The perfect place for an instagram photo! The attention of the waiter Leonardo as it finest, he is always checking if you need anything and knows the perfect way to make it all be good. Now in not such a great note is the music, there is a dj that does not read the enviroment at all and when you have that type of jobs it is a must, he does not mix anything and sounds like a simple dj mix that anyone can find on youtube, there was a girl that for 30 mins light up the mood and everybody was dancing and thats the way it should be! Fuimos a celebrar y brindar por una buena noticia, ademas de averiguar cómo hacer para reservar un espacio para la celebración de un cumpleaños, pero...

Cuando pedimos los tragos (Un Zacapa las rocas y un Nerón (Negroni), me sirven el Negroni y me dicen que en un momento traen el otro trago, yo decido esperar para hacer el brindis...

Quince minutos después, se acercan con el Zacapa (un trago nada complicado, "alcohol y hielo"), es allí que les pido que me cambien el trago, ya que no lo había bebido y por la larga espera, estaba aguado. La mesera amablemente dice que me lo van a cambiar y que espere. Minutos después se acerca el supervisor a decirme, que si bien es una falta de ellos demorarse 15 minutos en traer el segundo trago, la decisión de esperar para realizar el brindis fue mía. Y que no era problema ni responsabilidad de ellos que el primer trago se encuentre aguado.

Señores, si dos personas van a un bar a tomar un trago, es para brindar juntos, no para que uno mire al otro como bebe, acabarse el trago y 15 minutos despues, viceversa.

La calidad de atención del supervisor fué pésima. Simplemente se cerró en que "Está bien que se haya demorado en servir el trago, pero que era problema del cliente esperar y no haberlo bebido a tiempo". No mostró interés, empatía, ni nada.

Señores, 1 pedido de 2 Tragos, se sirven en simultaneo, o con una diferencia mínima de tiempo.
