As soon as we walked in something seemed off about the vibe. I can't explain it but i knew immediately this was going to be bad. My fault for not immediately getting up and walking out before ordering. From start to finish the staff seemed as if they were all in a bad mood and rude. Honestly it made me and my friend so uncomfortable to the point I was willing to pay and just walk out and leave the food. I travel a lot and never experienced this before in my life. I chose the specific restaurant and traveled to Miraflores because it had a 4.6 rating and man was I wrong doing that. Never will I ever GO here again and I'd advise anyone to do the same. It's really sad that my friend who is from Peru would speak to the staff and they wouldn't even acknowledge his present. Who does that we are patronizing your busy what seemed to be a empty restaurant maybe becauseyour lack of service sucks! But don't take your frustration out on paying guests. Note to owner your restaurant might be more successful if your staff treated people with respect and if the food wasn't luke warm. As if the food had been prepared earlier in the day then warmed up once we ordered. The staff was so strange that I was afraid to even ask to have my food warmed up. I barely touched it and asked for the check to get the hell out of this establishment. I always tip 💰 very well and always leave more than expected but the staff failed miserably at this restaurant. I almost laughed when I received the check and the waiter said "I hope you enjoyed your food and hope the service was...
Read morePlace is very nice, and the food was so excellent, but apparently, it seemed that for a Saturday, it had the worst payment service I have ever experienced. Take note, payment service. Service on food and drinks were excellent, but I felt insulted that my credit card, which is a corporate credit card, was rejected 5 times and I had to pay cash in order to manage the payment of my dinner. My corporate credit card never had an issue with all of my charges in Lima, and it was only until this dinner that we had a ln issue, it is unfortunate that this particular restaurant had this issue. I never had an issue with my credit card, prior ans after this experience. I was alone in the restaurant, it was 9pm on a Friday and it seemed that the staff just wanted to go home immediately, I may be wrong, but the owner was never there when I asked for him. And, on top of this issue, the first bill that I have received, even was over-charged with 4 Negroni vs actual of 3 and they had to change their final bill when I noticed and complained to the waiter. I’m not saying they have done this intentionally, but unfortunately , these were sadly my experience. When I read the Google reviews, it seems the owner was very much involved and present, however, sad to say, he was not there during this incident. I’ve worked with a hotel service in the past, and guest courtesy training should always be the top priority of a...
