RIVOLTA STREET PASTA — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

On the bright side, I loved the pasta and the sauces. I also love the fact that you can choose both separetely. General atmosphere of the place seems fine, but nothing stands out really. It is a generic food court and seems like a good place to dine in with friends. On the other hand, service is terrible. They girls running the counter are more interested in gossiping than taking care of the customers and waiting times are long and I mean 45 minutes long. Beverage options are pretty limited even when you ask for something as simple as a coke. Run out of beverages quite quickly and they try to offer small glass bottle gourmet presentations. Portion is also pretty gourmet for the price. I feel like there are better options out there. Quality-price...

Great food, service was just ok. Have a huge tip and the waiter was a bit disrespectful when we asked for a glass of water before we left. So, the food.... Amazing. The atmosphere... But bad. It's a cool, small place. The service, about average to below average. I would definitely recommend that you visit to try...

La comida está bien, pero el servicio fue pésimo. Pedimos dos platos para llevar y nos dijeron que tardarían 20 minutos. Volvimos al de media hora y ni siquiera habían empezado a prepararlos. Se consultó directamente con cocina y nos pidieron esperar 10 minutos más. En lugar de esos 10 minutos indicados fueron 30 para llegar a 1h de espera, porque había una mesa de 8 en el local (también bastante molestos). Todo excusas pero ninguna disculpa. Que si la cocina está tardando más de lo normal. El de cocina dice que qué puede hacer si está solo. Que los fideos vienen pegados y tiene que despegarlos. Pero insisto, ninguna disculpa. Cuando le dije explícitamente a la chica de caja que yo no podía exigir que la comida se hiciera en un tiempo determinado, pero sí que se me informase mejor de los tiempos y que al menos me debería pedir disculpas por la espera. Su respuesta: "pero es que no es culpa de nadie". Genial. Un sitio al que no hay...
