taste wise it's good, typical Japanese food.. Portion wise a bit small plus they just spread the rice to look a lot.. what i noticed really was that they dont clean their trays properly... it seems they don't wash them with soap and water, they just rushly wiped them with wet rag and that's it.. don don tei management must work on its cleanliness processes as well as food court sm city clark mngt..
For FNB biz, cleanliness in every aspects is vital... i was just so hungry so i ate the meal, and didn't focus that much on the tray but it's saddening.. 🙄
staffs are careless, one of the cashiers asked me for my order and when i started to reply she turned her back and talked to her coworkers ..i patiently waited for her to get back to me... can u imagine how rude is that?? i went there oct11'19 around 6pm.
i ordered teriyaki salmon meal, and asked her if there's any pork meat or pork ingredient in the meal bec it has vegetables on the side, she smirked at me saying there's none, it's salmon and it's seafood,, so i explained, "yes dear i know, but ur meal has veggie side, so are u sure that there's no pork in there? coz i don't eat pork". maybe she felt my seriousness and responded "there's none ma'am"..
Don don tei staffs at SM City clark must work on their customer care service, remember that if someone ask about an ingredient take it seriously bec either they are allergic that will cause them a life & death situation, or perhaps maybe it's a faith (religious) obligation they are doing,, dont just think...
