I want to express my extreme disappointment with our recent visit to your buffet last Monday, August 25, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM with a group of 14, including three children aged 14, 7, and 5. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

Initially, we paid for 11adults and 1 teenager, as the two younger children are picky eaters and did not partake in the main courses. However, towards the end of our meal, my 5-year-old son wanted some ice cream. I gave him two scoops from my own dessert. A staff member then approached us, stating, "Twice na po akong nag-remind," which came across as rude and offensive, and it visibly frightened my son, causing him to become pale.

Taken aback, I immediately measured my son's height and paid the half-price fee for him. It was disheartening that two scoops of ice cream would warrant such a reaction and a demand for half the adult cost. This policy seems unduly strict and lacks the flexibility one typically encounters at similar establishments.

I urge the owner to train their staff on proper customer service and how to address situations with more tact and understanding. Our experience was very disappointing, and it is my sincere hope that this feedback will be received constructively and will contribute to an improved dining experience for future patrons.

Furthermore, I believe it is excessive to charge half the adult price for a mere two scoops of ice cream, especially given that we had already paid for 12...

Went here with my family (group of 5) and for the price, we were expecting a pretty upscale place. FOOD - To be fair, we came here pretty close to closing time so I could understand that the food is already tough and chewy. I hope it wasn't that bad earlier on. I was pretty excited about the sinigang na salmon when I saw it but it wasn't delicious at all. I'm not that picky when it comes to Filipino food but that sinigang was just not that good. I can't taste anything other than the overcooked mustasa. The samgyupsal and the chicken paitan ramen was great though. Also appreciate their jelly desert options.

SERVICE - The staff seem like they're knowledgeable enough about their menu. They were also very helpful and easy to call on.

ATMOSPHERE - The decor is really nice but the thing that made it uncomfortable were 1.) the buffet table has a lot of food on the table (needs to be wiped) 2.) the music is too loud. I can barely hear the conversation from the other end of the table. 3.) The staff were really loud and rowdy. They were playing and horsing around or dancing on camera (TikTok, maybe?) which I thought looked really unprofessional for a more...

We went to Feast and Fire with the entire team for a holiday treat. The service is great except for their made to order. I think the idea is good but not executed well. For me I only ordered 1 serving of their wings, it took a while to arrive and it's not well cooked as blood still shows up on the meat and bone. My friend beside me was not able to receive her beef bulgogi order. For payment part, they will initiate asking if it's someone's birthday and for senior and pwd. For the food, the pasta tasted bland, the soy chicken is good, the fish with tausi was great for me. All the rest, I don't have the appetite to eat. Their salad section is ok but the dressing is not visible as it is placed where the ice cream toppings are placed. The ice cream is good, just a little difficult to scoop though. And their made to order wings, just so-so. I did not order again because it's not cooked to my liking. The atmosphere is good though, the setup is good except for the spaces between tables and chairs. And oh, I think there's only 1 restroom. Overall, I got my fill on a cheat day. I don't look forward to...

Giving this an edit as recently their service and food has been too redundant. 3/5 visited this resto and will give 3/5 Menu was great as there was a lot to choose from and they were even cooked and seasoned impeccably. They even have dessert station which is really fun for kids and for adults too. For the price, I would say it's worth considering other buffet resto cost more and have almost the same food lined up. Staff was great and accommodating. One more good thing is that they don't have a time limit. There's just one thing though, the restroom floor was too wet almost as if it was flooded. I don't blame them there were lots of guests especially with kids and they might have played with the water or maybe the adults played with it too. Lol just kidding probably some broken pipes or something. I just hope they maintain and clean it at least hourly or so. Still ambience is good and love the open space of the whole resto.

We recently visited Feast and Fire hoping for a satisfying fried meal, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The fried pork and chicken were both excessively chewy and hard, making them difficult to enjoy. Instead of a crispy, flavorful bite, the texture was tough and dry, as if they had been overcooked or left sitting too long. The seasoning was decent, but the poor texture completely overshadowed the taste. Even the dipping sauces couldn't salvage the experience. The state of the bathroom was unacceptable. The entire floor was soaking wet, making it feel unsafe and unhygienic. On top of that, the service was okey. Still recommend this place. Not too crowded.

Feast & Fire sure does give value for your money spent but be sure you're willing to be patient with their made-to-order food. After sitting down and ordering wings and ramen it took almost 30 mins before we received our orders (could be due to large quantity ordering or lack of man power). Some wing flavors were a bit too salty, ramen was okay but could use more flavor improvement. But have to say am satisfied with all you can drink juice/soda/ice cream. But maybe in the future where orders come in quicker this may be a good recommendation. I hope Feast & Fire can review QC in their food taste and speed of service. Hope all the best for F&F 🙏
