Mang Inasal - SM City Clark — Restaurant in Angeles

I've been a regular customer of Mang Inasal and this branch is the worst one...this is my first time going to this branch and it will be the last as well I went here August 3 2025 around 7 pm...the Cashier was nice his so friendly but when we are going to get our order since that was To go a girl who was wearing white shirt that time and kinda fat(I'm not body shaming her just describing her) she stop be by saying "Teka lang" in a rude way..I was just going to ask her or her co worker if our order is ready since they said it will take 30-40 mins. And told her I was just going to ask and she told us to go inside to ask instead...when I went inside she was started talking about me with someone and they laughing at me...I'm at the Customer Service as well and her behavior and attitude is NOT acceptable and the fact that the chicken is raw and ...The management should train the employees properly and not talked about customers it's VERY NOT PROFESSIONAL!! We would like to raise a concern regarding the behavior of one of your staff members, Rixie Pineda. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, she demonstrated unprofessional and discourteous behavior.

While we understand that the store was busy and accommodating numerous customers, this does not justify the manner in which we were treated. As a Team Leader, we expected Rixie to lead by example and maintain a high standard of customer service. Instead, her attitude came across as dismissive and disrespectful, as though she personally owned the establishment.

Sadly, this has been our most disappointing experience at any Inasal branch.

The attached photo speaks volumes about the demeanor she displayed. Such behavior is unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. We respectfully urge your management to take appropriate action—whether through retraining or reassignment—as this is not the conduct expected of a...

We order drinks with no ice, it came with ice. They delivered us halo halo first in 30 minutes from order, the food from order not being ready yet. We waited 1 hour for our order to be delivered after ofcourse a lot of insistence, on receipt it was counted as 40 min waiting. No soup, the guy with soup non existent he served one table and he hide. After they delivered the halo halo they just forgot or IDK what is in their mind with the remaining order. We practically lost 1 hour and 30 minutes to have a meal. Very crowded. Very bad experience, If any customer want the drink without ice then don't put them ice in the drink, simple as that I pay for the drink not for ice. Wake up people nobody want to pay ice at the price of cola!!! I almost forgot, no kalamansi...
