First time eating here… where do I start? The vibe is nice, with plenty of lighting, but it’s a little warm inside. The place seems nice overall. However, the food and drinks took a while to arrive.
We ordered mushroom soup, and it was as cold as ice! Haha. The nachos, kebab, and burger were all cold to just slightly warm. We asked them to reheat the soup, but when they brought it back, nothing had changed—it was still not warm or hot. It would be nice to have the food served at the right temperature. This was disappointing, especially knowing they just opened. I can tell they don’t have a proper system in place yet… maybe there wasn’t a manager on duty when we dined. They were only serving about six tables in total, with three servers, but there was no anticipation of customers’ needs. That said, I know they are trying their best.
This restaurant only accepts cash.
As for drinks, we ordered the cucumber lemonade slush, mango shake, and grape shake, and we liked them. The pasta aligue was alright but nothing special. Roberto’s fried chicken wasn’t very appetizing, but it wasn’t bad—my kids liked it.
Unfortunately, this is one restaurant I won’t be coming back...

I don’t know how they cook their own foods but man, it took a while and its kinda cold. Our pork is also hard as an old chewing gum.
The salad recipe with the steak is cold together with the vegetables looks exciting but the veggies tasted bitter.
I dont know how they serve their food to their customers. But its frustrating.
Also, waitress/waiters arent not that attentive. Takes you time to get notice.
Overall, bad experience for us since there are more worthy restaurants out here in Pampanga with the same price range, better service and food.
I hope they will improve someday since theyre in...
Read moreYears ago I'd drive along the Zambales coastal road and stop in at Roberto's in Iba. Phenomenal food and always a joy to dine in with the many quirky travel artifacts on display.
Now visiting the newest Roberto's at Clark City Front Mall while still at soft-opening. I understand they're not at 100% yet, for example, currently cash-only.
Ordered the orange salad and the sesame salad and they were delightful. Not many restos in AC care about serving up tasty salads using quality lettuce and cherry tomatoes, so I'm glad Roberto's does.
Looking forward to dining here again when they are fully...
