Jollibee — Restaurant in Baguio

some Managers think they're big shots & dont have to be nice to customers. I approached 1 manager & she just had an annoyed face the whole time. Its a 3 storey bldg but they only have 2 cubicles in their CRs & it's often clogged, this is what I approached the manager about. 1 time their security guard used the senior & pwd toilet & took too long to come out. didnt expect staff to know local dialect but at least speak ilocano because Benguet is part of Ilocandia. They trained their cashiers well, they serve the meals like they own the place. the portions are small, I could count 10 pcs in my small fries. even the drinks, that pineaplle juice & iced tea was expensive and they dont even serve you the right amount. I ordered from this branch thru food panda. They cancelled the order when I wasnt able to answer the phone, i reordered right away after it was cancelled. To my surprise i got billed for both. I dont know who got the money if its jollibee or food panda. I will update this review based on how jollibee handles this with food panda who just refused to refund me. I appealed with food panda again. Lets see...

I'm really disappointed for the delivery. First, I waited for more than 20 mins. Second i requested for a particular part/cut of the chicken, but they gave me SMALL CUT OF THE CHICKEN BREASTS, and I also ordered sprite, not coca cola. They actually called me, just to inform me that the delivery is on the way, but didn't inform me of my orders. Better do something or IMPROVE...
