Kan Anan — Restaurant in Cebu City

I have traveled all over the world. This was the single worst experience I have ever had! My girlfriend and I were looking forward to unlimited tacos and chicken after a busy and stressful day. We ordered right away and it took over an hour to receive our first serving at an all you can eat! The "crispy" taco shells were softer than a pillow! Either they were very old and stale or not cooked at all. The fish in the fish tacos was cold and chewy despite being fried! The chicken was overcooked and nearly burned! We were so over the day that we decided to order drinks. BIG MISTAKE! The staff couldn't even get a long island iced tea and a margarita correct. The margarita was literally just liquid and not even frozen. The service was incredibly slow and they seemed to not even be trained. The waitress didn't even bring the plates and cutlery until AFTER the food arrived! Nor did she bring the INCLUDED drinks until we asked. And it wasn't even busy. Waiting for over an hour and the "Chefs" would just disappear for several minutes at a time!! The only positive that has come from this is the ability to warn other people to NEVER go to this restaurant! Avoid this restaurant...
