VEGETARIAN/VEGAN ITEMS: 20+
DISHES TRIED: Chickpea Wrap Samosas Chicken Garden Salad (Fake Meat) *pictured below
ATMOSPHERE: 3/10 If you want a quiet uneventful nook in Ayala this is not so bad. Not a ton of foot traffic. The interior and seating is very basic. Seats have cushions which is the mostly the reason for the 3/10.
DELICIOUS/CREATIVITY: 6/10 Creativity within the "Persian" or Middle East food range I think is pretty good. They have a great deal of curries and other items but not much outside of that. Deliciousness could be better I don't think the menu or dishes I've tried have really wowed me, they taste like meals that I've attempted for the 1st or 2nd time nothing flavorful or wowing. 6 was mainly because of the food variety AMD creativity within menu.
PRICE: P110-P200
MUST GO - GO BACK - ONE TIME VISIT Go Back, I'm willing to try more items on the menu, mainly because there isn't much vegetarian/vegan options in Ayala outside of pizza and carb...

I am a senior who attempted to get a standard senior discount at this restaurant. I have an ACR card as well as a Philippine drivers license.
A few months ago they said they would not accept the ACR card but would honor my drivers license as senior ID; so I proceeded to dine there with other senior friends a few times. Then on Dec 6 four friends and I dined there and they refused our senior discounts.
This has been a practice of Persian Palate for years now and it may well be the reason they do so poorly in Ayala mall. Virtually every restaurant in the greater Cebu City area, that we dine at (and there are dozens), honor our ACR cards as senior IDs.
It’s puzzling why this restaurant does not. All I can recommend, at this point, is that seniors avoid Persian Palate. Fortunately there are many many other restaurants that appreciate the...
Read moreOne of the oldest and most consistent restaurants in Ayala, Persian Palate continues to impress with its flavor-packed dishes, hearty portions, and unmatched value for money. Whether you're craving savory kebabs, creamy sauces, or aromatic rice, this place delivers each time — just the way loyal diners remember it.
🧆 The kebab platters are rich and satisfying, paired with their signature tomato rice and grilled veggies. The sauces (especially the garlic and green chutney) are the perfect complement. The beef musaka— indulgent, flavorful, and best enjoyed with warm pita bread.
💵 Note: They don’t accept cards, and they don’t allow split payments (no combining GCash and cash), so come prepared with your preferred single mode of payment.
🎯 Verdict: A Cebu classic that has stood the test of time. You don’t just pay for the food — you pay for the consistency, flavor, and portions that keep people...
